Joining the Network

You join the Nzinga Network with an invite from a member who knows you. The person who invites you vouches for you.

Members start with a few invites and earn more as their work is accepted. An invite bonus goes to the direct inviter only. It is capped, and it is paid only after the new member’s work is accepted.

Communities come first: women’s groups, youth groups, cooperatives, radio stations, universities and faith groups. Each is planned to have a paid community steward.

Seats open for each language and dialect as paid work comes in. When the work in your language is full, you join a waitlist.

This keeps earnings real for the members already in, and nobody is invited into a network with nothing to do.

Joining is designed to take under ten minutes, from your invite to your first recording.

The consent check asks a few plain questions, so you know what the four choices mean before you record.

The target is your first money within 48 hours: your first recording is reviewed, accepted and paid to mobile money or your bank.

In your first week you get a daily one-minute prompt, a commissioned task or a request when one is available, and a circle of family or friends to record with.

After accepted work with good scores, you can move up a level. Each level opens new kinds of paid work.

Nzinga never asks you for money. There is no fee to join, nothing to buy and no deposit. Nobody earns from recruiting.
