What phone do I need?

The demo runs inside Expo Go on iPhone or Android. Scan the QR code to open it.

Which languages can I record in?

Members choose from 42 languages: the most widely spoken on the continent, with Swahili, Hausa and Yoruba among them, plus shared languages.

Where does my audio stay after recording?

On your phone. Only the details are sent: language, length and your choice. Upload to encrypted storage, with keys per member, is not built yet.

How much does it cost to join?

Nothing. Nzinga pays members: per accepted minute of their own voice, at a rate set per market at launch, plus a share when partners license recordings. Payouts go to mobile money or a bank.
