Changed
Consent records are append-only: a change or withdrawal adds a new record, so the full history is kept.
Action needed
None. Run it with npm run dev; sign-in codes print to the console, and the server refuses to run in production.
Release notes
Every speaker in a recording has their own consent record. Their voice is used only if their latest record allows it; anyone else is excluded.
